User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Data Deletion via the Dashboard (Instant)

You can instantly revoke our access and delete all stored Facebook/Instagram tokens and configuration settings yourself. This is the fastest and most secure method:

• Log in to your LeadAgent account.
• Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
• Under the Facebook/Instagram integration section, locate your connected Facebook Page.
• Click the Disconnect button.

What happens: This action instantly and permanently deletes all Facebook User Access Tokens, Page Access Tokens, Page IDs, and Instagram Business Account metadata from our secure AWS Secrets Manager storage.

2. Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to your dashboard or wish to request full account and data deletion via our support team, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to our support team at support@softurns.com from the email address associated with your LeadAgent account.
• Use the subject line: 'Request for Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion'.
• We will verify your identity and manually purge all Meta-associated credentials, access tokens, and user records from our systems within forty-eight (48) hours. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

3. Retained Records

Softurns may retain limited transaction, billing, and tax records as required by Canada Revenue Agency and other legal obligations, even after your integrations or account are deleted. These records do not include Facebook Page credentials or raw access tokens.
